The Founder Wayne Liu, B.S. Arch.

Mr. Liu, Wayne has almost 20-year experience in building design and construction industry. Mr. Liu, Wayne believes that a good building designer should have a comprehensive understanding of local building code/regulations/ bylaws, all the disciplines in the building design and modern technologies & materials used in building construction. Mr. Liu, Wayne made his efforts on finding ways and preparing himself to be a versatile designer in the leading position as possible as he can.

Mr. Liu, Wayne started his career in architectural firms after he got his degree of B.S. Architecture. Because Mr. Liu, Wayne believes that the best way to learn is to do the work by oneself, he made his efforts and has been working in a complete list of companies in order to achieve more comprehensive experiences in the building industry. Mr. Liu. Wayne gained his comprehensive knowledge and experience from a list of companies as below:
